1. No Refund Policy

1.1 All sales are final. Once your order is confirmed and delivered, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

2.1 While we do not offer refunds, we will provide a replacement if your product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

2.2 To request a replacement, you must:

2.3 After verifying your claim, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3.1 Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
