If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video. We will send a replacement or refund.

Because these are food products, opened bottles cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
